Ruby Heart Touch! Pendant in Brass

Touch the hand pendant! I crafted this perfect-to-touch piece for when you need a hand to hold. Of course I have put this to the test, and it works for me! This would be a great gift for a far away loved one or someone going through a tough time. And that’s as soppy as I’m going to get with my Jewellery
High detailed 3D hand pendant, made in golden brass with lab created, heart shaped, pink ruby. Produced using the sand casting technique.
As with all handmade jewellery, there will always be variation even when the same mould has been used. I cast and finish all of my pendants one by one, which means each piece is truly a one- off.
No one else will have the same texture and ridges on their piece, creating a unique hand for you to hold.
Size = height is approx 2cm not including hoop and ring attach
Lab created bright pink, heart-shaped ruby is approximately 5mm diameter
This item is sold without a chain, if you would like to purchase a chain that I have sourced, please search under chains section.
The jump ring is 5mm dimeter, which means it will fit a chain diameter of 4mm or below
Please bear in mind the pendants weight when choosing a chain which is approximately 7g
How to care for brass jewellery
Store your brass jewellery in its box or pouch.
Always make sure your pieces are completely dry, especially before storing them.
Do not wear brass jewellery in hot springs as the sulfur will cause tarnishing.
Avoid getting perfume or lotion on your jewellery.
Avoid wearing while exercising.
Cleaning Tips
You can clean brass jewellery by washing it with mild soapy water. If you wear it in the shower, remember to dry well using a soft cloth.
For tarnishing and spots, use a microfiber cloth. I recommend jewellery polishing cloths. Do not wash polishing cloths, they will look dirty but they will still work. Free polishing cloth with every order
For heavier tarnishing, here are a few options:
- Soak pieces in a bowl of white vinegar for a few minutes. Rinse and dry completely.
- Mix baking soda and lemon juice to create a paste. Use a soft brush to tackle any persistent spots.
- Ketchup also works. Coat jewellery for a few minutes. Rinse and dry using a soft cloth.
